Yes, the following items are currently unavailable for our standard laundry orders:
Curtains
Commercial linens
Sofa covers
Area rugs
Grow Clothes (Hemp-based)
Restaurant linens
Specialty care clothing items
Wedding dresses
Costumes
Hats/Headwear
Shoes

Pillows
Comforters, duvet covers
Sleeping bags
Dog beds
Queen & King blankets
Machine washable rugs depending on size

At this time, we do not offer ironing.

At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning of any items. Please sort your clothes when sending them to us, clothing items that are marked dry clean only and sent in a regular laundry bag will be washed as regular laundry. The Drying Den will not be held responsible for any dry clean only items that are sent to us mixed in with regular clothes.

Quality and customer service is a top priority at The Drying Den. In the event an item is damaged during our laundry process, please take pictures and email us within 7 days of your delivery date.
Damages related to normal laundry processes will not be covered, such as:
Color fading
Shrinkage
Button damage
Piling
The Drying Den is not liable for damage caused due to foreign items left in the laundry.
We do our due diligence to ensure that no item is left behind during our process. In the event an item is lost, please reach out to us. We will do our best to locate the item but if we are unable to do so within 10 days the item will be considered lost and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
The Drying Den is not responsible for the following lost items:
Socks
Loose items in pockets or the laundry bag such as keys, toys, cufflinks, AirPods or similar devices, money, wallets, jewelry, watches, credit/debit cards, etc.
In the rare event of damage to an item, we will provide reimbursement up to $20 per item with a maximum of $100 per customer. Customers are encouraged to remove any delicate/irreplaceable items and check pockets prior to service. We will return any items found in pockets but cannot be held responsible for damages done by missed items or any items that go missing.

If The Drying Den arrives to pick up your order and they are unable to locate your bags, The Drying Den will attempt to call/text you at the number you provided in your notes on Booksy. If The Drying Den is unable to reach you in a timely manner, your order will be canceled and a $10 fee will be charged.

The Drying Den doesn’t want you to be tied down to your home waiting for us, take this time to run errands or spend quality time with your loved ones!
We will pick up the items from the address you provided and any specific pick up/drop off instructions you left.

No! Pick up and delivery is FREE within 10 miles.

Stain treatment will be applied while sorting to obvious stains or stains as specifically requested by the customer. Removal of stains cannot be guaranteed.
